The Panama Convention Center provides training to each of its collaborators

Panama City, September 25, 2023 - The Panama Convention Center reaffirms its commitment to excellence by launching an internal training program that transforms the way it enhances its clients' experience and strengthens team collaboration. Recognizing the importance of having a highly trained and committed team, the center has begun the implementation of an ambitious training program tailored to its employees, which offers access to more than 1500 training courses. The program adapts training according to the position of each employee, assigning a specific number of courses to complete, thus ensuring personalized professional growth according to the needs of the team.
