The Panama Convention Center is the headquarters of the renowned World Missionary Congress

Panama City, October 16, 2023 - The Panama Convention Center places Panama before the eyes of the world by holding the World Missionary Congress, an event of international relevance that brings together representatives from more than 80 countries in a space for unprecedented cultural and spiritual exchange, hoping to receive more of 12 thousand visitors for five consecutive days.

The World Missionary Congress represents a significant milestone in the global community dedicated to missionary work. By bringing together people from diverse cultures, languages ​​and nations, this event stands as a beacon of knowledge and collaboration in the field of religious mission. This momentous event is coordinated by the World Missionary Movement in close collaboration with the Organizing Committee of the work in Panama. These joint efforts are intended to ensure that attendees live an enriching experience that fosters unity and understanding between nations, turning the World Missionary Congress into a true bridge between cultures and beliefs.

The PCC aims to welcome more than 136,000 visitors by the end of 2023, marking continued growth of world-class events. In the coming months of the year, the center is eagerly preparing to host such notable events as the World Robotics Olympics and the World Tobacco Congress, thus consolidating its position as an internationally renowned convention center and a key driving force. for the development of Panama.

 ABOUT THE PANAMA CONVENTION CENTER

Considered one of the largest structures in the region for congresses and conventions, the PCC, with a privileged location and unbeatable value, is a building that has 15,400 square meters of exhibition area, a 4,000-square-meter banquet hall and 2,400 square meters in total of 16 meeting rooms, 1,700 parking spaces and a kitchen with the capacity to serve up to 5,000 diners. This building is operated by SMG Latin America, a subsidiary of ASM Global, a leading company in the management of convention centers, arenas, and stadiums.
