Panama City, January 22, 2024 - For the third consecutive year, the Panama Convention Center (PCC) is proud to host the prestigious Real Estate Expo ACOBIR 2024, an event that will take place from January 25 to 28, 2024.
Real Estate Expo ACOBIR 2024 brings together the main construction companies, developers, real estate developers, financial institutions and key allies in the sector, offering a wide range of real estate, residential and commercial proposals nationwide, backed by the best financing rates on the market.

Within the framework of the ACOBIR 2024 Real Estate Expo, the PCC will generate more than 110 temporary jobs, providing a significant economic boost to the country. This contribution translates not only into a vital income for the national economy, but also in a support for Panamanian families, with an impact that goes beyond the numbers.
Del Valle highlighted that the staff of the Panama Convention Center, made up of experts in various areas, guarantees excellence in the execution of each event. From salons to catering, set-up, supervision and maintenance, the team strives to deliver a quality experience to all clients and visitors.
For 4 days at the Panama Convention Center, Real Estate Expo ACOBIR 2024 will have more than 250 real estate projects on display throughout the national territory with more than 80 exhibitors and 9 banking entities. Likewise, for the second consecutive year, this important real estate fair for the country will have the participation of a select group of international visitors.
In addition to being a business epicenter, the Panama Convention Center stands out for its commitment to sustainability incorporating ESG criteria into its management, thus raising the standard of events that choose Panama as their venue. In this sense, since January 2024, it implemented a 'zero use of plastic' policy, actively contributing to the reduction of waste, the reduction of environmental pollution and the preservation of ecosystems in the country.
ABOUT THE PANAMA CONVENTION CENTER
Considered one of the largest structures in the region for congresses and conventions, the PCC, with a privileged location and unbeatable value, is a building that has 15,400 square meters of exhibition area, a 4,000-square-meter banquet hall and 2,400 square meters in total of 16 meeting rooms, 1,700 parking spaces and a kitchen with the capacity to serve up to 5,000 diners. This building is operated by SMG Latin America, a subsidiary of ASM Global, a leading company in the management of convention centers, arenas, and stadiums.
