Panama Convention Center (PCC), a huge convention center with a modern design, equipped with the latest technology and with a capacity of more than 23,000 people, celebrates its first anniversary this October, after our successful opening of operations in Panama City.
Our center has a profitable exhibition space of more than 15,000 square meters, a large capacity of up to 23,906 people, 16 adjustable meeting rooms, a large banquet area, audiovisual services, ticket office, stands, business centers, complete services of banquets to promote culinary heritage, among other outstanding services and features.
Additionally, our infrastructure has 1,715 parking spaces and a designated technical area for cold production. In its entirety, the main building has 62 thousand square meters of construction.

During its beginning of operations, the PCC was the main venue for major events in the country, such as EXPOCOMER 2022, OmegaPro, FIEXPO, EXMA Panama 2022, and soon CITES, as well as various events of the Muslim Community, among others. In turn, this center actively participates in international associations such as the UFI (The Global Association of the Exhibition Industry), ICCA (International Congress and Convention Association)), IAEE (International Association of Exhibitions and Events); and international events such as the renowned IBTM Americas and in IMEX Americas, in Las Vegas, United States.
CAs a proposed goal and part of our commitment, during the first year, the Convention Center planned to host 36 events and receive more than 48,000 visitors. Satisfactorily, it is estimated to close with 60 events and reach 100,000 visitors by the end of this year 2022.
As a growth priority for Panama, PCC seeks to receive more than 100 national and international events, pointing out as its main the World Robotics Olympics 2023 and the conference Our Oceans 2023, where our country will be positioned as the main venue for these important events.
ABOUT THE PANAMA CONVENTION CENTER
Considered one of the largest structures in the region for congresses and conventions, the PCC, with a privileged location and unmatched value, It is a building, which has 15,400 square meters of exhibition area, a 4,000 square meter banquet hall and 2,400 square meters in total of 16 meeting rooms, 1,700 parking spaces and a kitchen with the capacity to serve up to 5,000 guests.
